Violation of the Inherent Rights of the Children regarding visitation and communication.
Family Court said they could help in out of state issues. My daughter and I needed help with mother's rights, grandmother's rights and visitation rights. The children are in Michigan with their father. It was too difficult to deal with it long distance from California by ourselves. The father is violating the Divorce Decree regarding the rights of the children. We gave up on getting help. Cant afford a lawyer.
