Looking back on your case notes, we can see there was extensive communications over the duration of 2015-2016 via calls and emails. Hi Shane, we apologize that you didn't find value in our services. We would like an opportunity to learn what and how we could have assisted you better. We're surprised to hear that we were hard to get a hold of, as our system makes it easy to respond via email, text or you normally get a call back within 24 to 48 hours. Also if any of the documents were not to your liking, we would have been happy to hear about it so we could fix them, as that is what the review process is for. According to our records, we sent you the documents for your review and we followed up several times to ensure they were to your liking, but we weren't able to reach you after several attempts. Again, we apologize that you were unsatisfied with the services and documents provided, however we believe if given the chance to have fulfilled the services all the way through you could have had a better experience.
