Terrible company they wasted my time for four days I don’t even think they’re real because how can you even make money if you’re not buying the cars they do speak English, but they make no sense and they leave out a lot of information that they’re supposed to tell you to move onto the next step. Do not believe this scam

The team went above and beyond for us. They help when copart did not show up for pickup. They rescheduled with another company. The pickup went smooth. I received top dollar. The tow person was great. Sonya Griffith

Thank you Sonya. Were so glad we were able to resolve any issues we had and make sure the process went well. Thank you for your patience with us and thank you for the great review!

They’re crooked and tired to have me sign the title before they picked up my vehicle. I have done this before with another company and they didn’t even ask me to send over the title before my transaction. Don’t be fooled they’re not legit!

Nika, in certain situations we do ask for proof that the seller section on title has been signed properly prior to sending out our tow truck. The reason for this is that 1) our tow drivers are not title experts, and 2) we want to prevent title issues. We want to prevent picking up the vehicle without the proper title because then we cannot get the title out of your name. We do this to protect our company and to protect our customers so we can get the titles out of their names. I understand that you did not want to provide this to us, and that is no problem. There is never any pressure to sell us your vehicle. We hope you were able to find a company that was able to help you.

This was my first time using the company and it was a seamless process, they were very responsive when I contacted them with any questions, during the pick up of the vehicle they talked you through step by step to the transaction.
