All of a sudden you can't find my information. How convenient. How many people try to sell you a 1996 Chrysler LHS in the last few months I'm assuming none so I should be the only one on your records that you dealt with. It was a few months ago yes I should get over it I should I know but I can't my house had burned down and I needed that money too get help. You know what whatever forget about it I'm sorry I ever called you I never will again have a good life bye.

Junk Car Solutions and Family Car Buyers…stay away. The most important thing to tell you is that they wanted me to sign my dead father’s name on the title. Illegal!!! They had no understanding of the procedure of a death certificate and Letters of Order giving me the legal right to sign my name on the title as seller. After hours of back and forth giving information…that I already entered into the website when offering the car for sale…to back and forth about the title paperwork…to them then asking me to be fraudulent. Run!! Peddle is a much better company. Once I cancelled the offer with Family, I accepted an even better offer with Peddle and it was fast and efficient.

Hi Shellee. We requested more information from you through trustpilot so we can try and identify your file and see which agent you spoke with but we never heard back. This is a very unusual situation, but our agents are instructed to follow all local, state, and federal laws, and to be safe we will be retraining all of our agents on this matter to make sure everybody on our staff is fully aware of how to handle this type of paperwork situation in the future.

Terrible company they wasted my time for four days I don’t even think they’re real because how can you even make money if you’re not buying the cars they do speak English, but they make no sense and they leave out a lot of information that they’re supposed to tell you to move onto the next step. Do not believe this scam

They’re crooked and tired to have me sign the title before they picked up my vehicle. I have done this before with another company and they didn’t even ask me to send over the title before my transaction. Don’t be fooled they’re not legit!

Nika, in certain situations we do ask for proof that the seller section on title has been signed properly prior to sending out our tow truck. The reason for this is that 1) our tow drivers are not title experts, and 2) we want to prevent title issues. We want to prevent picking up the vehicle without the proper title because then we cannot get the title out of your name. We do this to protect our company and to protect our customers so we can get the titles out of their names. I understand that you did not want to provide this to us, and that is no problem. There is never any pressure to sell us your vehicle. We hope you were able to find a company that was able to help you.

DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM BUNCH OF THIEVES. Either they steal your car for nothing or want you to take parts of it for lower prices but they will lower even more than their offer.

Two hours answering questions by text. Never finished. Marjone is the person that assisted me. Most places I’ve contacted took 15-20 minutes to get a quote. Seriously what is the problem here? Definitely do not recommend using this company for any reason.

During the quoting process, this company (Junk Car Solutions & Family Car Buyers) asked me a series of questions over the course of THREE DAYS before telling me “no”. Be sure they ask for your vin# BEFORE they ask their general questions about the vehicle. Otherwise, they will waste your time. The process they follow at this company is an absolute joke.

They make a mistake in telling us how to take care of title which we found out was wrong!!! Will take weeks to get a new one. This has delayed our out of state move. Their only reply “ we can take your RV now and when the title is corrected then we’ll send you payment . Lucky for us we found another towing company that will take our RV and figure out the title issue later.
