All of a sudden you can't find my information. How convenient. How many people try to sell you a 1996 Chrysler LHS in the last few months I'm assuming none so I should be the only one on your records that you dealt with. It was a few months ago yes I should get over it I should I know but I can't my house had burned down and I needed that money too get help. You know what whatever forget about it I'm sorry I ever called you I never will again have a good life bye.

Junk Car Solutions and Family Car Buyers…stay away. The most important thing to tell you is that they wanted me to sign my dead father’s name on the title. Illegal!!! They had no understanding of the procedure of a death certificate and Letters of Order giving me the legal right to sign my name on the title as seller. After hours of back and forth giving information…that I already entered into the website when offering the car for sale…to back and forth about the title paperwork…to them then asking me to be fraudulent. Run!! Peddle is a much better company. Once I cancelled the offer with Family, I accepted an even better offer with Peddle and it was fast and efficient.

My experience was superb!! I used to use a local junk yard by me. This is the first time I tried calling places for different quotes because it was hard for me to let go of my vehicle due to sentimental value and knowing if I sold privately I could make more money. They gave me an excellent offer for my 2015 Hyundai Elantra and made the process seemingly easy. The coordination between departments and constantly checking in with me, is what made me decide to stick with them. No other company was caring, persistent, or thorough with this process. This company definitely is! From start to finish-it was a smooth easy process and they had a lot of patience with me because I am so busy working 2 jobs 7 days a week. We communicated through calls, emails and texts. Everything they told me-held true! My car was taken today and I received payment, signed title over easily and even the tow truck company who picked up my car was such an amazing man and helpful and patient as well. I am truly grateful I’ve found this company and plan to do business with them again in the future and refer all my friends and family to them as well.

I was a little skeptical as I was getting text messages and phone calls from several random numbers as well as the process going through about 3-4 different companies/departments. They offered me a price I didn’t agree with, we haggled back and forth and finally agreed! Car was picked up, check was handed over, still skeptical I went straight to the bank. At first, they said the account was verified but the check was not in the system. I contacted Copart immediately and they contacted dispatch and handled it on their end, an hour later check was cashed! Thank you for your service.
