My experience was superb!! I used to use a local junk yard by me. This is the first time I tried calling places for different quotes because it was hard for me to let go of my vehicle due to sentimental value and knowing if I sold privately I could make more money. They gave me an excellent offer for my 2015 Hyundai Elantra and made the process seemingly easy. The coordination between departments and constantly checking in with me, is what made me decide to stick with them. No other company was caring, persistent, or thorough with this process. This company definitely is! From start to finish-it was a smooth easy process and they had a lot of patience with me because I am so busy working 2 jobs 7 days a week. We communicated through calls, emails and texts. Everything they told me-held true! My car was taken today and I received payment, signed title over easily and even the tow truck company who picked up my car was such an amazing man and helpful and patient as well.
