During the quoting process, this company (Junk Car Solutions & Family Car Buyers) asked me a series of questions over the course of THREE DAYS before telling me “no”. Be sure they ask for your vin# BEFORE they ask their general questions about the vehicle. Otherwise, they will waste your time. The process they follow at this company is an absolute joke.
