FalourReviews of falour.com

STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!! Their apparel is three sizes smaller than they indicate. No returns are taken. All they want to do is exchange for another size or charge you exorbitant handling fees and make you send the item back to China (my package was shipped from NJ, and their company address is in NY). I have been fighting for a refund for 16 days now and am still getting a runaround for a partial refund, and I have no US address to send the item back.

Scam company based in China. The products are Chinese rip offs. Try and return any item ..... impossible. Don't waste your money and go somewhere else.

Bought some trousers from Falour that didn’t fit. Asked for a refund and they only offered a partial refund which is against my consumer rights. Do not buy anything from these rip off merchants. Reported to Trading Standards

I received the product I ordered but it was the wrong size. I found Falour very easy to contact and found the customer service very helpful. They are now sending me a replacement in a smaller size.

Do not purchase anything from this organisation!! Their products are of a very very poor standard. Their returns policy is meaningless! They told me that they reduced any returns by 20% to cover shipping, restocking then they told me that they didn’t want the product back, (this also speaks volumes as to the standard of the product) so why the deduction? I was then told that they would return a portion of my money but only after I left a positive review on here! I gave one star only because zero stars wasn’t an option!

I bought some trousers for work and they are comfortable and strong. Extremely good value at today's prices. I had many belts in the past but the quick release version is strong and convenient. Glad to have found this work clothing supplier

Wrong size trousers (not as advertised). Very poor quality.

Scammers with cheap rubbish from China. Ordered 2 very expensive pairs of work trousers. They did a great job in misleading me into thinking I was buying quality but after 3/4 weeks I received 2 pairs of trousers that were made out of some kind of plastic and they were 2XL with Velcro fastening waist band. I don’t know how a 36w x 34L translates to 2XL !!? I’ve been offered a partial refund if I agree to say there isn’t a problem. Apparently I can’t send back to their uk office as it’s now closed and if I want a full refund I have to return to China at my expense. Absolute scammers with no morals!
