The item shipped very quickly and I love the tree lights on my door!

I just love my flagpole tree. It is beautiful. I do have add, that we sent a request as to how we can fix a strand of lights that our dog chewed. 3 sides are completely lighted but the one side won't work at all. The dog chewed the bottom row of lights, we tried to splice it but will not work, any suggestions?

Fantastic! The Tree is gorgeous the black structure is beautiful and goes with our black house. The lights are amazing. Simple to install and clear directions. We have received so many compliments of how it shines at night.

Hello, I really do not like to give a negative response. We received our order in a timely manner, but when I was trying to get an information on a flagpole or return there was no response via phone or email. I called to find out about a flagpole or return … someone took a message, but there was no response. I am a previous customer and was hoping for better customer care. Sincerely, Jo F.
