The kit that I bought with my Christmas flagpole was supposed to come with a storage bag it did not come with the free storage bag. It was false advertisement, saying it came with one

I love my Fairybell lights!! Instructions could be a bit better, but I’m looking forward to having them up again this year!!

Loved it i only wish the flagpole was stronger something like steel, But another than that the the lights were very beautiful.

I would recommend to not buy a Fairybell and look for another brand. We bought a Fairybell and paid extra to add their own flagpole. Only after coming home and opening the box to read the inside instructions it mentions that you have to take it down when it is windy otherwise it will snap. I would have never bought it when they had mentioned this on the box, but they refused to take it back. So I would stay away from Fairybell, very bad product and lacking in good customer service! Added after companies reaction to my review: (Not) funny how the company now asks me to contact them to solve the problem after I wrote my review. I have had multiple contact moments with them in the past asking them for a solution and each time they kept on saying that they could do nothing for me. So I do not trust them and advice you to not trust them either. Find yourself some other nice lights for outdoors.

Very quick response to our concern of needing a warranty replacement section for our 20 foot Fairybell tree. No hassles and received the part very quickly.

I ordered three trees. I paid for 3 trees. I received two trees. I have emailed the company three times with no response.

We and our neighborhood loved our Christmas tree. The only change I would make is that the lights can be changed between colored and just white. We left our tree up till the end of Feb and I would of loved the lights to be only white.

Love my new tree! Needed to find a youtube video that helped explain setup but was super easy after that. Take down was also easy! Neighbors love it and are going to get one for next year too.
