Such a brilliant platform. We split sonhs into stems and remove vocals (leaving the BVs) Worth every penny.

Customer service was quick and helpful. The software was fun to mess around with.

I requested a refund and it was processed so quickly it was even before they responded to my email.

Subscribed to this app as I'm always open to trying new systems for music creation. Did great with stem extraction and notation of chords. Eventually stopped using it and it auto-renewed at regular price. Support was very quick to respond and immediately provided a refund. I wish all companies had support like Fadr. If I didn't pay for another app that does what Fadr does and more I would have stayed.

I, personally, did not enjoy it, and am currently going through the worst experience I have ever had. They are continuously trying to take $100 for one year subscription for my account. And today they put me in the negative. Not to mention that it's very suspicious that you can't even call an AI customer service representative to help you. I can't seem to get on the phone with anyone to stop this. I don't have a laptop anymore and I can't cancel the subscription through the email. I can't get a hold of an actual person and there isn't a brick-and-mortar place to go. This is the hardest cancellation I have ever gone through and now I'm having to cancel my debit card, 10 business days for replacement. What an terrible set up when it comes to cancellation. Just a horrible experience.

To be very honest FADR has been the best experience in regards to quick turn around and reply to emails etc. FADR is second to non, and very much appreciate your support and prompt service. Thank you, Fred Hoet.

I love it! It will give you a boost of creativity and elevate your work. I got it for creating backing tracks but discovered it can do so much more. Easily export stems to DAW, great mix ideas and more. Excellency value for money, great product and awesome service.

I wanted to try it for a month and they took a years subscription. ive emailed them but no reply yet. the app itself really isn't great. The stems are wooshy and bad quality. ive had better successes with other programs. if I can't get a refund ive completely wasted my money because after going through it it really isn't very good
