I tried Fadr out and it worked okay, but I am going with Song Master Pro instead because it does more and suits my needs better. It is a one time purchase where Fadr is a subscription program with automatic renewal so if you don't want it to renew, be sure and cancel before the renewal date. I made that mistake but Fadr did refund my money.

I did get charged recently for something of which I was not aware of what I had purchased. But when I brought it to the company's attention, they did reverse the charge without fuss or fight.

I forgot that i had an ongoing yearly subscription, which i didn't use for the most part, and got charged without any prior notice (a update email before renewal would be helpful). I wrote to support and got an immediate refund without questions. 🙏 Very fast and friendly!

I really enjoyed the ability to stem drums into multiple wave files for individual processing. My disappointment is that my subscription had some problems and I was not able to use the service due to a technical issue at their end. I was given a refund and will try to create a new subscription shortly as their service is really wonderful IMHO!!!! I highly recommend FADR+.

The tool isn't perfect but it works well enough. I accidentally got another year subscription extended and got refunded back same day. I didn't have enough time to use it, that's why I canceled

I tried their Halloween half price offer for a yearly subscription, so $50 or £40 over here in the UK. I did it without checking reviews but I’m glad I did. Sometimes I want to be able to hear the guitar or vocal part that I want to learn without all the other parts on top. This stem splitter does do the trick. It’s not the best or the worst but it offers to be able split out up to 14 stems and I’ve seen no one attempting that. Im guessing with AI? that the more people use it, the better it will get. I use (MP3’s mainly) to work out songs I’d like to learn to play. They did work satisfactorily for that but I’d like better quality. Fadr may well better quality results from better quality sound files but I didn’t try. I sent an email to support requesting cancellation and refund. I got an email response and my money refunded within a couple of hours. Stem splitting can be tried for free so I’ll be keeping a lookout to see how they’re doing and may well buy back in later.
