This is my first purchase from this site I was kind of iffy about ordering, if all goes well we could be doing more business in the future, the three stars was a rating on how easy it was.

DJI Phatom 4 Batteries
To whom it may concern. I placed an order for three (3) replacement batteries on 5/8/2020. BATTERY FOR DJI PHANTOM 4 (3-PACK) REPLACEMENT BATTERY BRAND NEW QTY: 1 PRICE: $350.85 ITEM TOTAL: $350.85 I received the shipment on 5/28/2020 with only one battery. I contacted FactoryOutletStore.com and they assured me that all three batteries were included in the same shipment. I received an email from the "Order Processing Team" on 5/29/2020 assuring me that this would be resolved in 2-5 business days. Todays date is 6/12/2020 with no correspondance received.

I absoutely hate these ridiculous
I absoutely hate these ridiculous, stupid surveys! I wouldn't buy from someone in the first place, if I had trouble navigating the damned, bleeding site! I'd freaking exit and go to a DIFFERENT freaking site! Surely the fact that I actually freaking BOUGHT something tells you that I must have found SOMETHING freaking worthwhile about it!
