Non existent customer service
Excellent price, rather slack on delivery time, but given it was free I'm not complaining. Customer service is completely non existent. Thankfully Garmin UK takes an interest in its products and stepped up to replace the watch

I call last week to order a transdurce
I call last week to order a transdurce, I furnished the part number and sales person told me that would not work. He would send me right part. The part showed up and was a transom mount, I need a trolling motor mount. I called customer service, was told I need to call lowrance for correct part number. I did and called customer service for return and right part. I gave girl the part number and was told you do not carry this part number. I informed her I was looking at your web page and it shows the part. after long conversation she found the part. next asked for return label to send wrong part back. this was Fri. told me should get return label by Tue. if it had not been for past orders that went flawless I would give a ZERO on feed back. not a happy customer.
