On line... unknown benefit
I will not know until I receive the telephone if this will really work for me. I am not a big fan of shopping on line but it would appear that consumers are being forced into on line shopping because the brick stores are being closed. I will add that there is a large variety of items to pick from with on line purchases.

Items take 2 weeks just to ship.
It has been 9 days and the item I ordered has not even been shipped yet. I enrolled asking what is taking so long, the replied 2 days later that the order has been released to the warehouse and I will be notified when it ships. I would of never ordered from them if I had known it would of taken 2 weeks to get it. Terrible.
