FactoryOutletStore.com Reviews | Factory Outlet StoreReviews of factoryoutletstore.com

First let me say that they used the Ozonics name in their advertisement (Ozonicsfactoryoutlet.com) I later found out they have no affiliation with Ozonics the company. I ordered a battery charger and 2 batteries at a cost of $191.91/ 37 days and multiple calls later I am still waiting for my order. hunting season has already started!! They never stated that the product was out of stock or on back order as any reputable site would. Anyone who reads this review and still uses them gets what they deserve!!!!!!!

I place an order for a NOH Garmin Fenix 5X after the original purchase confirmation email I never had confirmation of postage. I started looking at reviews and got really worried about all the negative feedback. I phoned the call centre they apologised And assured me it was in the post gave me a tracking number for UPS which I used to track the shipment ordered on the Sunday received by Friday. Everything in the box as should be, excellent condition and very pleased with the purchase everything seems to be working as it should. I can’t speak for other peoples experiences but very satisfied with mine.

Disgusting liars . Paid 54 dollars to have two day shipment as my dog is aggressive and needed batteries . On day 5 with no batteries . Call center is in India and they do nothing . They also have the attitude that I need to be very respectful to them when they do nothing and take no responsibility.

I ordered a product 3 weeks ago and they still didn't ship it. terrible support and they are full of lies. I would never use them again

This product is really amazing !!!. Very comfy that I can sleep all day long . I will not hesitate to buy another one surely it will last longer and the color will not fade away

Ordered a NOH Garmin S60 approach. Arrived within 4 days which I was fine with as I never paid extra for faster shipment. The watch is working perfectly so far. All I needed to do was run a Garmin express update bit after that all the courses etc were present. So far so good and all in all a fairly straight forward process. Happy customer 👍

I placed an order on 9/12/20. On the morning of 9/16/20 at 9:48am I received an email asking me to contact customer service regarding my order. I Cally and spoke to Abby. He was questioning why I had two addresses. I explained I own more than 1 home and was having my product shipped to my cabin. He said it was a fraud control check. I explained that it should not have taken 4 days to reach out to me to verify this information as I was expecting to receive my order by the 16th or 17th for a trip I was leaving for the morning of the 18th. Abby mention that his department had sent a couple of other emails before the 16th. That was a flat out lie. I’ve been through all my email boxes/trash/spam, nothing from them until the morning of the 16th. The problem with this is I used Paypal and Factory Outlet had already been paid for my order. They held up my order based on an assumption of fraud before fraud had even occurred. Now I don’t have the product that I ordered to be delivered in plenty of time for my trip. I also asked now that they were satisfied with my two addresses if they could overnight my order. I was told “no”. Order from anywhere else than Factory Oulet! Update- 9/23/20 I still have not received my order... If you read the response from Factory Outlet to my original complaint, they agree with me in acknowledging that they assume fraud has taken place when it has not.

Terrible customer service. They sent me a broken Plantronics headset and then refused to send me a label to return the device for a refund. When I asked for them to resend it, they refused. I am having to dispute through Paypal to get my money back. Order from someone else.
