Dear Valued Customer First, we would like to thank you for shopping with FactoryOutletStore. Second, we would like to apologize that your order experience did not go as expected. FactoryOutletStore takes our customer's feedback and complaints very seriously. Upon receiving your complaint, we launched a full review of the order. Unfortunately, due to COVID-19, our factories have been experiencing an extended delay in shipping due to which the first order was delayed and hence we shipped the second item for free. Later we also checked and found that now both the items have been delivered. Hence for the courtesy of the inconvenience, we ask you to keep both the items. It was nice speaking to you and we hope that you are completely satisfied with the resolution. If you have any further questions or concerns, please reach out to us at [email protected]. Thanks Factory Outlet Store, Customer Relations Department
