I ordered a Tempurpedic cool mattress…
I ordered a Tempurpedic cool mattress from here back in September. I was told at the time it would be a 4 week delay on delivery. Two months later I still haven't received it and have had no communication from FactoryOutlet. First time calling today I was hung up on, second time I got through and was told it would be another 4-5 months as Tempurpedic were on backorder of materials. I just called the Tempurpedic store and they said I could get the same mattress in 7-10 days. Something is wrong here! Have asked for a full refund, so will see if that comes through now. Not a good experience.
