I have used Factory Outlet many time and have always been happy with the product I received and how fast they get it shipped out.

Great customer support.

If I could give a 0 stars I would. I ordered 4 Moultrie Deer Hunting Cameras and was charged for 4 — only 2 arrived. When I contacted the company, I was told to take 3 pictures of the box they came in showing the box said 2 PIECES and the inside of the box that only had room for 2 said cameras, submit them and I would hear back in 24-48 hrs. I never heard back. After waiting 3 days, I called and was put on hold said they had the pictures but now I would need to wait another 24 hrs. I ask to speak to a supervisor and was told he would call me back; he did not. I called at the end of the day and he had left for the day. I now have no choice but dispute the charge on my credit card but I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE NOT REPUTABLE, HONEST OR TRUSTWORTHY BASED ON MY EXPERIENCE. I must admit I have NEVER written a poor review on any company but this company should not be allowed to handle customers in this fashion.

I have ordered these headsets several times and they have always been great. And i have received them quickly.

Easy to find the batteries we needed for our phones

Received my order and handset did not work. Your rep was very nice and told me to print up return label and send unit back. Also, she advised me to order a new unit and hopefully will arrive before Christmas since it was a gift. Thank you-I have been a loyal customer for several years and never disappointed. LP
