Dear Valued Customer First, we would like to thank you for shopping with FactoryOutletStore. Second, we would like to apologize that your order experience did not go as expected. FactoryOutletStore takes our customer's feedback and complaints very seriously. Upon receiving your complaint, we launched a full review of the order. Upon investigation, we found that your order for a headset was shipped without a carry case. We would like to inform you that a carry case is not included with the headset package, it needs to be purchased separately. Since then we have updated a $15.00 discount as a courtesy. It was nice speaking to you and we hope that you are completely satisfied with the resolution. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and share in your frustration.
