Quick to order and easy to find items

Easy site...got what I needed. Thank you.

Purchased item, was told later that week via email that it was not going to process unless I called. Responded back to cancel since item would now be too late. Now they processed payment and told me item is back ordered and will process once available unless I called. Why process the order if I originally needed to call? Called got caught on hold, they tell me first that I must call my bank to cancel payment. I question it and am placed on hold. This is crazy! Luckily I used Paypal where I can dispute this. UPDATE: While on hold I all of the sudden receive an email confirming cancellation. What a mess this has been. Not sure if it's just miscommunication but I definitely wont be using this place again! Raised one star because at least they cancelled the order. Will see if I am refunded over the course of the next week.

I am very satisfied with the units. The voice portion is loud and clear and the blocking works fine. The price was reasonable and the shipping came as promised and all was in good shape and operates fine as presented in the add.

Super easy to find the required battery for my phone. Order process straightforward and simple.
