Was sent the wrong microwave
On 10/4/2020 I ordered a microwave. I was sent the wrong microwave and it took weeks to get an RMA. Then more time wasted insisting THEY pay the return shipping and more threats that I'd notify PayPal to get my money back. All the while email after email saying "please be patient." PayPal notification finally got me my money back on 12/22/2020. I have read many similar reviews about this company.

Upon investigation, we found that an RMA was issued on 11/16/2020 to return the incorrect merchandise. However, there was a delay in getting the merchandise back in the warehouse due to COVID.
