Good service and availability of products

Delivery was quick and the product is new in the box. The Voyager 5200 UC is almost weightless on your ear and very intuitive to use. The noise cancelling circuitry seems to work very well. I have intentionally walked near some loud equipment or have had the window open in the truck and people cannot hear the ambient noise. They tell me that the sound is crisp and clear. Overall, this was a great purchase experience and we just ordered two more units.

EXCELLENT good price

I PURCHASED THE PLANTRONICS VOYAGER FOCUS UC B825 FOR 129.95 AND KNEW IT WAS REFURBISHED BUT LITERALLY 2 WEEKS AFTER USING IT IT QUIT WORKING. I CALLED CUSTOMER SVC AND THEY TOLD ME THEY WOULD REPLACE IT BUT I WAS AFRAID TO PURCHASE ANOTHER REFURBISHED UNIT. I TOLD THEM I WANTED TO SEND IT BACK AND THEY SAID THEY WOULD SEND ME A RETURN SLIP. WELL, THEY DID. BUT IT WAS JUST A LABEL AND I STILL HAD TO PAY FOR THE RETURN SHIPPING WHICH WAS 12.00 THEN THEY ONLY REFUNDED ME A PORTION OF THE AMT I PAID FOR IT. I RETURNED WITHIN THE 30 DAYS LIKE IT SAYS BUT WAS STILL CHARGED A FEE TO RETURN IT AND RESTOCK IT. IT WAS ALSO IN ALL THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING LIKE THEY ASKED. SO BASICALLY THEY MADE $36.00 OFF OF ME AND RCVD THE NON WORKING PRODUCT BACK. I WOULDN'T HAVE EVEN GIVEN THEM 1 STAR BUT YOU HAVE TO IN ORDER TO WRITE REVIEW.
