Edit: Review score improved due to some good customer service work. I'm advised they have identified a technical issue with their stocking system that resulted in this wrong item being delivered and that they have not had this issue before. They have also arranged for me to have the item picked up as I cannot get to an ups drop off point at present and they have also refunded £5 to help compensate for the issue. My issue should not have happened, but at least they have gone the extra mile to ensure its resolved as well as it can be, and I'm grateful that they have a good customer service philosophy. I would now try them again as it seems my issue was very unusual and I'm re assured that they do care about service. Original review: Unable to send the right product. Its relatively easy to order from the site - but I can buy a web site for £10 which can do that - its service and delivering the order which counts. I was sent an item that was clearly not what I had ordered. The box was clearly marked and bar coded with what was inside, so how they managed to send me the wrong item is a mystery and suggests a poorly optimized working practice with no quality checks. The customer care line is in india, so the usual issues with that, and they have no power to do anything anyway, so I got transferred to another line and gent after 10 minutes of very polite nothingness. Eventually I was told to email pictures to an email address they advised me of and I might get a reply in 24 hours. As its been explained to me today - they are likely to send me a returns label and then wait until its been received and processed before they look to send me what I have already ordered and paid for. Not acceptable - its not my return, its their mistake.

My razor is quite old and the cleaner/charger was just not cleaning anymore. I just hope a new cleaner/charger is all that is needed. Ordering a new one was easy and the promise of free returns, if this is not what is really needed, is the reason I ordered one.
