Filters helpful. Able to view/print quick start guide for more information like ability to be used without electricity like my current old phone for landline. Like free shipping of course. Price seems decent. Like the detangler option for wall mount.

Ordered a headset from them
Ordered a headset from them. It arrived promptly but didn't work. Sent int he form to get a replacement and was supposed to get a label to return the defective headset. Didn't get it. Called back 4 more times. The last two times I was told that my case was being elevated. Never got anything. In order to dispute with the card company had to pay $11 to ship back to them. Avoid this company.
