Needed to enter at least one star for…stay away don't order from these folks
Needed to enter at least one star for the review to take. Stay away and don't order from these folks. Terrible follow up and customer service. Ordered a queen and king mattress sets with frames on 8/28/21. Initial delivery attempt was made on 9/22/21 but they delivered two queen frames and didn't have the king frame. Next attempted corrected delivery was near end of October when they again delivered a queen frames and not the needed king frame. They then offered a $50 credit for the inconvenience. Then the day before thanksgiving the third attempted delivery was made and again a queen frame not a king. They then wanted me to locate a king frame, which I refused to do. When 4th product was available they called me to make sure I called the logistics comnpany to schedule. Then had a lengthy conversation with their logistics company when they scheduled the 4th attempted delivery to ensure that the correct frame would be delivered. Their rep referenced that the direction sheet was the same as that from the previous three deliveries. She was then going to reach out to manufacturer. Ultimately the correct frame was finally delivered on 12/22/21. Original order date 8/28/2. Many phone calls with company, credit card company after putting charge into dispute, logistics company prior to each delivery attempt and staying home for anywhere of a 4-8 hour delivery window 4 times.

Martin was very helpful in our live chat! He was able to offer me an additional $90 off the online price for this mattress. I haven’t received or tried it out yet and that’s the reason for the 4 stars. If it works out, I’ll be ordering it in a queen size with box spring also. So glad I found this company!
