Easy to navigate and great products

Ordered a Humminbird sonar unit on 12/3/21. It was backordered. No big deal, spring was 5 months away. They sent updates every 2 weeks, always on back order. When I called in January, they assured me it would ship in Feb. In March, they said April....and on and on. Finally, everybody ahead of me cancelled and I was #1 on the list. They finally got the units in about 5/21, the day I called again for an update. I was told there was a problem with my card. I told them to hold it and I would get back to them within the hour, which I did. I found out that they screwed up the card number, it didn't come close to the number I gave them. Gave them a new, clean, high limit card and they informed me that they shipped the unit elsewhere and I was now on the bottom of the list. Originally, I had offered to pay with the order to assure they would lock me in. They refused. So now they said they would look into getting me a unit. They failed (IF they even made an effort) I asked if they would pay the difference if I found it elsewhere. NO. Very nasty company to deal with. They would do nothing to fix the situation they created. It was basically a "Tough luck, chump" attitude. DO NOT trust these people. I was lied to many times.
