High price
It would seem that I could have acquired my ear tips at half the price elsewhere. Nevertheless, I prefer to buy from the manufacturer.

Refurbished Jabra earbuds...
Ordered a pair of refurbished Jabra Elite Active 75t earbuds. I've been trying for 2 weeks to charge them but apparently they were dead on arrival. I called customer service and they said they will email me a return label to return them for a refund.
