used the instructions given by them on their website for ring measurement and was so excited to get this ring for an upcoming trip 😭 but it does not fit. However, after speaking with them they are covering the shipping to exchange it for a more appropriate size and we are expected to receive the replacement in time for our trip! Be aware the website has technical issues and charged an extra $3 for package protection that I actually deselected. The ring is exactly as shown and described. And I will feel comfortable buying from them in the future!
