I did not feel that the religious piece of jewelry was anything like what was shown. It was thin and to say it was engravable was giving one the impression that the piece was larger than it was. Then there is the fact that you passed it off with 10 kt gold at a very high price .I was embarrassed to give such a flimsy piece to my Grandson but there was not time to return and buy a better one. He will wear it for his epilepsy for years to come but I will not have good memories of this purchase and wish you could have given a nicer pendant

Hello there, We apologize that the order did not meet your expectations. Your feedback means a lot to us. Regarding your order, all of our 10k items are made from 10k gold, and we do not make any gold plated jewelry. We are transparent when it comes to the dimensions of the pendant, and all information is stated on the website. Despite the current gold market prices, our price is still comparatively low in comparison with other jewelry company. We still hope to serve you in the future. Thank you!
