I was extremely disappointed in the MIraculous Metal. the piece is hollow and you can push the backside of it into the front side. Very disappointed. I'm wondering if it was a defect in making this one or is this the norm. Thank you for your time! I appreciate that you care about your products!

The ring I received has been used
The ring I received has been used. The engraving on the face has been grinded off and you didn't even take time to polish the grinding down and making it smooth. Totally disappointed with this product. I paid for a new ring, not a used ring.

Still don't have my order
Still don't have my order the shipment never arrived at my house and I checked with my neighbor next door to me at the time it was to be delivered i check my ring camera and the FedEx truck road pass my house I didn't stop at my address. Thank you.

The chain was very cheap/low quality…
The chain was very cheap/low quality and very expensive. I inquired about a return label and they don't even provide one. I sure will not buy from them again or recommended it! Hopefully the return goes smoothly and i can get my money back.
