Above and beyond client service
We needed a broken heart engraved and to be received VERY quickly. We placed the order and then I spoke personally with someone by phone and explained the unusual circumstance and why it was needed only 3 days away. The hearts were delivered via overnight shipping and they were beautiful! I can not thank this company enough. It truly meant the world us.
