I would like a time commitment…
I would like a time commitment guarantee of a response from a site. If the site does not respond to a request and the requested permit passes, then the cost to submit that request should be waived. Also, if a refund is given by Facilitron, I would like Facilitron to ask me where to refund the money.

Thank you for your feedback. We actively work with facility operators to encourage best practices and make them aware of the effects on community relations when decisions aren't made in a timely manner. We will soon release a new notification for renters that will appear after a set number of days that presents options, including the ability cancel with refund, when a request is pending for an extended period with no action.
