Williams ACT/FIT inspections
WJUSD has been discussing the option of using Faciltron to conduct our yearly Williams Act/FIT inspections for several months. After reviewing the process and the deliverables, we decided to partner with Patrick Coyle and the Facilitron team. We could not be happier with the results. Even with a short window of opportunity, Patrick and his team came through with scheduling their inspectors and completed the inspections effectively. We received the full SAB reports as well as the associated work orders within a few days of the completed inspections. Great job!

Facilitron is an asset to our District
Our district have been working with Facilitron for over two years. Lee is always quick to respond and very helpful. Even when I ask the same questions more than once. lol He will always let me know if he will be away. I have reached out to customer service to take care of something. Which they always do, however sometimes it may not be right away. But they do fix the issue or make the necessary changes. Facilitron has been an asset in scheduling internal external events.

Facilitron has really helped to improve our rental experience with the community. I love that we (the district) can connect with the renters, site, and all other admin under one platform. Customer service is excellent and I love the transparency that we are able to share through data collected and reports within Facilitron,

Brittany our Facilitron rep is so awesome, helpful and knowledgeable. The features in Facilitron are also very helpful for managing school district work orders, from inception to completion, and everything in between.
