My order was delayed because they shipped it to a previous address. Pauline was very kind and helped to coordinate getting a replacement order sent and I did receive it within a week. It's a soft and smooth product and works great!

I followed through after seeing an ad on Facebook. While the first product was not what I hoped for, Yuki, the customer service contact addressed the problem by sending something in exchange. Her email communication is filled with excellent words of encouragement and sensitivity. She guessed that I wanted to highlight my eyes and that was spot on!! Keep more Yuki's on your front line customer service.

To Facelove Cosmetics , I just wanted to leave a review on my experience with your company i had a great and experience they were very helpful especially the lovely YUKI who was very kind and generous i missed out on the 15% off and the next day Yuki emailed me saying that the 15% off would be sent to my account and i have already received it and I’m sooo very grateful it’s the first time buying something from this company and i can’t wait to receive my order I’m sooo excited to try it soooo thanks again Yuki i appreciate everything you did for me kindest regards Debbie Davies ❤️

I was so excited to receive my order for the makeup and blush but unfortunately I had a problem with the makeup and Amore was very understanding and took care of my issue very promptly. I really appreciate how quickly the issue was resolved 🥰

I had an issue with one of their products and the shipping charge when it was supposed to be free shipping. I contacted customer service and was assisted by Yuki who resolved the issues in a most generous way. I give 5 stars for their excellent customer service, thereby looking forward to trying more of their products.

I am truly happy about this product. I have finally found a product that does exactly what it advertises. I thought I had a minor issue with not receiving something that was supposed to be enclosed with the product. I emailed Facelove. I got a fairly quick response from Cyrille. Cyrille was extremly friendly, polite, and professiolnal. Cyrille told me where to find the missing item (it was there the whole time). I apologised. Cyrille was very gracious in telling me an apology was not necessary then expressed their delight in my satisfaction. I wholeheartedly recommend giving Facelove color changing stick AND mascara a try.

I had contacted the customer support team about the Facelove Color Changing Foundation Stick. I was not happy with the results and therefore asked for a refund. Yuki helped me and said that instead of sending the product back and having to pay for shipping, that she would give me a 100% credit for the amount I had paid and that it wouldn’t expire. And I could use it to buy any Facelove product. So I was pleased with the results and the help that Yuki provided me!
