I have gotten zero response about the status of my order. there is no phone number. no re sponse from my email. most real companies have customer service phone numbers. NOT THIS ONE.

I needed to return a product that didn’t feel good on my skin. Because the product had been opened, I was unable to return it. However, I was offered the chance to purchase something else for the same amount free of charge. This offer does not expire. I think that’s incredibly generous. Also, Cyrille was incredibly friendly, prompt, and helpful when working with me on my return.

The mascara does not stay if you're an active woman. I'm outside with my horses and ended up with the mascara below my eyes. When I requested a refund per their 30-day risk free money back guarantee, I was told I could only get a credit for product because the mascara had been opened. What about this is a risk free guarantee?? What a scam and false advertising!!

When I received the foundation from Pauline- it was kind of weird for me as I was white when it put in my face. After I patted it with my sponge, I began to see it was blending with my skin. I tried the foundation this morning for the first time and was not impressed. I went through the steps instructed on the package. l had a clean face, moisturized and sun screed. And I didn't care for the product,I want to return the product for a refund. What got me is the refund policy. In order to get a refund, the product can not be opened or used. How does this company expect you to return the product in a box without opening and testing the product at all?

This makeup stick does not cover well at all and it leaves your face feeling very sticky. Would not recommend to anyone.

Facelove is selling cosmetics from China. They do not honor their return policy. Communicating is impossible. It is a scam.

I would give NO STARS if an option!! I placed an order with them on 9/27/2026 and got no shipping updates at all, contacted them by email inquiring about the order because it was a gift for a bridal shower on 10/10/2026, in less than 12 hours the status on my order was changed to delivered and it definitely wasn’t delivered to me, sent several more emails stating that I had not received my order and got no response!!!! I sent more emails that I wanted refunded for missing order because I had to go buy a different gift for shower and just wanted my money back, their response was that they were experiencing a high volume of emails and please be patient, I bet they are receiving a lot of complaints!!!!! I think this company might be a scam!!!!
