Facelove has what sounds like a good return policy. But, after emailing twice and waiting 10 days, I was told that my buy one get one free order would only be eligible for a refund if both products were returned unopened. How would I know if the product was going to work gor me without trying it? No where in the policy does it specify that. Wasted $40 on crappy mascara. Do not buy!

I ordered the serum when I used it the first few times my eye stung a little been using it for 2 weeks now and it's fine . My lashes have grown as I practically had nothing. I ordered the mascara in brown but didn't really look good on me so got the black and now all good. No smudging please with product

Mascara smears very easily and it difficult to wash away unless using a makeup remover compound

J’ai acheté le mascara brun lors de ma première commande et lorsque je l’ai porté, j’avais l’impression de ne pas avoir de cils tellement le mascara les rendait pâles. J’ai communiqué avec eux et j’ai obtenu un excellent service client, courtois et très rapide. Ils m’ont donné un crédit en boutique pour que je puisse me procurer le mascara noir, que j’ai commandé aussitôt. Je l’ai reçu et j’ai vu une magnifique différence. Ce mascara est génial et je le recommande à toute femme de plus de 40 ans. J’ai aussi acheté le bâton de fond de teint adaptatif et le sérum pour les cils. Je les adore!

Hallo, die Mascara scheint ja gut zu sein, nur das 30tägige Rückgaberecht und Portofrei zu bewerben ist ein Witz. Geöffnete Kosmetik ( was logisch erscheint ) darf nicht zurückgegeben werden zwecks Hygiene. Steht in den Rückgabebedingungen. Hab auch diesbezüglich eine Mail geschrieben. Wurde fix geantwortet aber nicht drauf eingegangen. Der Shop hat nur Kosmetik. Dann Portofrei ? Am Schluss zahlt mann über 4 Euro Versandversicherung ...kann man auch direkt als Porto ausweisen. Von da her nicht bestellt.

According to their commercial the product ships within two business days. I ordered mine on a Monday, it didn't ship till that Saturday. They need to change there commercial to say shipping in "5-10" days. Because I'm receiving items I ordered the same day and the after them. Very misleading....
