Yuki was extremely helpful assisting with my online ordering of the eyelashes mascara as I’m not too hi tech savvy. Also, she quickly responded to my emails in particular stating my skepticism with online ordering. Yuki was very understanding and put my anxiety at ease. I’m still awaiting for my product but I received an email stating the delivery date. Overall, a very good experience and because of YUKI, I now feel more comfortable buying cosmetics online. I haven't received my goods as yet, but a deep dive into them reveals that they are dodgy. The ownership is hidden, a nominal address in America with no phone number and the address being used by multiple companies. The products are shipped from China. The adverts infer that the DR are Korean beauty products, but they aren't. There are concerns as to the safety of their products. At best at they are misrepresenting their product, worst case is that they are selling cheap nasty dangerous products at a premium price.

I bought the "tube" and I made a mistake with the address. Thankfully Cyrille got back to me and resolve my problem. I am extremely happy with the prompt response that I got from her. A+ in customer service.

I saw this on Facebook and was skeptical but with a money back guarantee I ordered it. I am 63 years old. I have tried lots of products but this is all it says to be and more.
