Amazingly good mascara, bought the bundle with the lash serum, too early to tell on that but the mascara is absolutely amazing, the chemical was also unbelievably good easy to remove with just warm water!! I’ve only used it for 2 days so far but put in another order both black & brown are beautiful 🤩 very impressed

Without a doubt, this is the best mascara I’ve ever used. It stays on all day without smudging or smearing. When I’m ready to take it off, it’s easily removed without damaging my lashes. I’m 71 and my lashes have taken a beating through the years this mascara actually enhances my lashes and makes them look full. The customer service from Yuki has been extraordinary. She started communicating tips and tricks from the time I ordered through to delivery. I couldn’t be happier.

Misleading Money-Back Guarantee — Buyer Beware! I purchased Facelove foundation for $39 because the company advertised a 100% money-back guarantee. After trying the product just once, I was dissatisfied and requested a refund. Despite numerous emails, the company refused to honor its advertised guarantee, claiming that opened or used products are not eligible for a full refund. How can anyone possibly know whether a foundation works without opening it and trying it? Instead of issuing a full refund, they initially offered me 20%, then 50%, and eventually 65%. What is particularly disturbing is that their own website advertises a 30-day money-back guarantee and tells customers they can try the product. Yet their return policy excludes used products. I find this extremely misleading. At this point, my concern is no longer simply about recovering $39. I am writing this review because I don’t want other consumers to have the same experience. A company should stand behind its advertising promises, and customers should not have to fight for a refund that was supposedly guaranteed. I strongly encourage anyone considering this product to read the fine print before purchasing.

I ordered my product 20 some odd days ago with no delivery but took their money, still showing in transit with no updates since the 10th two days after placing. I have reached out via email no response and tried phone no listed which is no functional. I have since sent email for refund still no results. Ordered directly from their website not Amazon or Facebook, fake company will proceed to retrieve refund through legal means be weary 😩.
