Like everyone on here who bought "the indestructible bear" head off In 2 minutes. I was so excited when it eventually arrived (one month), gave to my pug, late Christmas present, next thing stuffing all over the sofa and floor. I went back to the site via my order and low and behold, can't find it. After reading others reviews, how can they say to send it to China, I didn't buy it from China, I bought it from the company in America. Not sure what consumer laws are in America but in England it is the shop/website who refunds and not the maker. Also, what is compensation, I don't want compensation I want a full refund including postage. I am waiting for them to come back from holiday and not taking no for an answer. I'm like a dog with a bone, not bear as useless.

Only gave 2 stars because of the correspondence got loads of tracking updates telling me where my order was. so the big day happened this morning it was delivered after 1 month. had so much hope for this toy too aswell at about £16 may be more with delivery had about 1 minute of happy running round room at first then he set to work 54 secs roughly took me longer to clean all the fluff from around the room it looked like it exploded don't worry about the offer of sending another if the dog destroys it we don't want it

Waited nearly a month for these “unbreakabke” bears only 4 my dog to have tore open within an hour. I’ve asked for a refund but can’t see that happening anytime soon like. They say they have high standards, if this is an example of high standards I’d hate to see low standards.

Brought the indestructible bear. Gave too dog, and timed him, within 2 minutes, he ripped it open, all stuffing out

Bought two of the indestructible dog toys. Our dog destroyed it within 10 minutes. Absolute rubbish.

Pretty much duplicating what has already been said 1. 3 weeks for delivery 2. Charged me extra £3 but did get this back 3. Toy last 15 minutes before splitting 4. Emailed to ask for a full refund including shipping 5 Got the usual response- guess what they are on leave! I suspect I will eventually get the same reply as others I am going to look at who I can report them to

Completely waste of money took a month to come and 20 mins for my dog to rip apart 🤦🏻‍♀️ avoid!!!

Ordered and noticed straight away in my bank account that they took an additional £3 without authorisation. Only when I questioned this did they return it. As a result I felt uneasy placing an order with them so within 10mins of ordering I requested they cancel the order and refund (their website states you can cancel within 12 hours) but when they got back to me they said it was too late and to wait until I received it and see if I wanted it. I demanded they refund me anyway as I had requested it was cancelled so quickly but they kept refusing. Received the item 2 days ago and straight away emailed to ask how I can return it but haven’t heard back. Absolute mistake ordering from them - should’ve read these reviews first!
