Be warned this company is a con! Very disappointed, if I could have given no stars I would! I ordered the Large Blue Trembling Monster Dog Jumping Activity Ball and all I received was a very expensive spikey, squeaky ball inside of the monster. No velcro pocket, no interactivity and no help when complained. Please avoid, especially in the UK as they expect you to ship back to China, for any assistance.

Shocking service, I ordered an item which was delivered to the wrong address, despite having email confirmation that my item had been delivered to a post code that did not match mine!! Because they regard the item as being 'safely delivered' I was told to raise a dispute with the shipping company and NOT the courier they chose who delivered it wrongly. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
