The indestructible dog toys are worse than any I have seen, as others are saying they are destroyed in seconds. The company offer a £3 or£6 refund and that's all.

If I could give 0 stars... I would! Biggest con ever I bought the indestructible bear in october 2024, and had emails reagrsing the tracking. And got one to say it was delivered on the 16th Jan but nothing has arrived. Theygave me a tracking number that wasnt even my address or name and trued to play it off like that was my parcel!! When asking about this, they gave me 3 different tracking numbers to try??? I continually emailed them asking for proof or support they replied saying it was delivered. Their 'proof of delivery' was the most vague screen print of it just saying 'delievered'... no picture of the parcel, no name attached, no address on it either. It's a scam!

Scam artists. Items were never delivered. Communication is awful. They just keep saying items have been delivered however cannot provide POD. Do not order from this company!

Ordered before Christmas and have still not received the bear yet. Sent an email and it stated they are on vacation??? Not sure if it will ever be delivered. I feel like this is a scam, unfortunately.

Do not buy from this company. If l could give minus stars l would. Ordered on the 12th December items still not arrived. Contacted them several times to be told items still being shipped. Asked for a refund and told l can’t have one because items are in transit. They then gave me tracking number and items left China yesterday presumably these are to replace what l haven’t received. Now raised a dispute with PayPal. Avoid at all costs.

So annoyed, would give it 0 stars if I could. Ordered before Christmas, had lots of updates, then had an update on 15th January, saying it had been delivered, no calling card from any courier. I have emailed them 3 times, they keep telling me it's been delivered when it hasn't! I have been to Royal Mail Delivery Office, they have not got it, the tracking is not royal mail! Does anyone know which couriers they use???

Supposedly “indestructible “ dog toy took well over a month to arrive and was completely destroyed by my Frenchie in less than 5 mins. Total scam.
