Ordered in Nov 2024, item still hasn't arrived. Have tried several times to track delivery, as per emails sent by this company, as supposedly order has been delivered. Links sent in these emails just show as "invalid". I've also been to my local Royal Mail Delivery Office, again as per instructions via email from this company, who put both of the tracking numbers I've been sent into their system, no trace of tracking numbers. I've been asked via email to check camera at my property, I haven't got one! Now this company is saying as order has been delivered theres nothing they can do & that it's up to me to claim compensation from delivery company! Do not buy from this company!

Still waiting after ordering 2 months ago! Been sent on a wild goose chase to try and find my order. They are blaming the courier service - but they surely chose that!! Awful service!!!!

They deserve 0 stars. Do not buy from here. Said the indestructible bears were delivered. We have ring doorbell so definitely weren’t delivered. The tracking is fake. Trying for chargeback on credit card.

Terrible experience. Bought the unbreakable bear after seeing a TikTok advert - purchased against my better judgement- best part of TWO months later they claimed to have delivered it - spoiler, they haven’t (I have a porch and someone is home all day, every day) no delivery - when I reached out to the company they told me to go to the post office (meanwhile they didn’t say which, and didn’t respond when I said in the UK they don’t give you random packages without a calling card). I can only assume this is a scam company

I ordered this and it took nearly a month to arrive. I gave it to my miniature dachshund and within 15 minutes he had completely wrecked this. It took me longer to clean up the fluff. I emailed the company and attached a picture of the said bear. I received a generic response saying they were on vacation and I would receive a response within 7 days. Today I received another email offering me £2 compensation was a goodwill gesture. I am insulted by this offer as the bear cost me £18. This company are nothing more than scammers

Toy arrived and in less than 40 seconds dog had chewed end of the arm exposing fluff so took straight off her. Emailed them and got offered 3 gbp and to keep the toy. Replied back that's not acceptable and they if I wanted a full refund would need to send it back to china warehouse which would cost me a lot so would I accept 6gbp. Fed up with there stupid responce so accepted as I'm not paying to send it back. For info I have a 10 month old staffy Don't purchase from them

DO NOT USE I ordered the indestricti-bear. It arrived damaged. Supposed to be a 60 day indestructible guarantee and when I contacted the customer service team they offered me a £3 gesture of goodwill. Or I could return with shipping costs at my expense
