This company advertises the dog bear as double stitched denim to make it strong. They even say it is indestructible. They email every step of the way regarding tracking during delivery. But when it came it's just a cheap dog toy and lasted 30 seconds. Their response was that dogs chew and offered £3 in compensation. Don't use this company it's all false advertising.

Waited a month for delivery, with 5 mins my dogs had ripped them to bits. They are not even big dogs, mini dachsunds. Do not waste your time and money. Absolute rubbish 🤬

Very poor product. Dog broke the unbreakable bear within 1hr of delivery, which took over 30days to be delivered in the first place.

Absolutely terrible waited a lifetime for it to turn up and within five minutes it’s head was elsewhere and all of its inside sort on the outside disgusting product waste of money rip off

Advertised as "indestructible", lasted two hours. I was offered £3 as compensation. I asked for a replacement (as advertised) and I was told I would have to return the toy to their Chinese factory, which would be "Expensive". I was then offered £6 but I have refused, asking for a full refund or I will start a claw-back through my bank.

If I could give less I would. Unbreakable bear... 30 seconds. After waiting a month, it lasted 30 seconds.... It's like a scene from scream here now with white fluffy guts and limbs everywhere. Shambles. Avoid

Sadly I have to give it 1 star so I can write a review, as I would prefer to give it none. Complete waste of money. Within 10 mins, at the most, my 4 year old cocker spaniel has destroyed it. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

After waiting and waiting and being told wrong shipment info, my 8 month old puppy destroyed this in 5 mins. £2 compensation offered, then £4 as that was the highest they could go. Asked for a replacement or £10 and still waiting. Update:- Kept toy; repairable, and accepted £6.00 in compensation. Fed up with the back and forth emails.
