Product was back clearly back ordered and I accepted that it would be a couple weeks before shipping. I got an order confirmation and an update that the order label was created but no updates other than it's delayed. Email makerting and requests for reviews but no follow up on the status of my order from over a month ago, and two weeks behind promised date / order is on it's way email.

I ordered two digital gift cards. For some reason I could not receive the email with the GCs. Customer service was fantastic. I received a response right away and they tried different ways of sending the gift cards to me, which worked.

Product quality is great, but the delay in delivery and multiple communications were unnecessary. I would prefer a clear delivery window, even if it is longer.

The down side is the very long ship time, but my order was shipped when they said it would be, and they were clear about that on the website. But the glasses look just as pictured, I haven't dropped one yet, so we will see how they hold up, it would have been nice to have them 25y ago when I had small children.

The thoughtfulness in the production of the glassware set was first to grab our attention. The durability standard behind the ionized glass for years of use sold us. Our small family thoroughly enjoys the quality and beauty of such a simple design to combat chaos of a modern life. A simple yet quality product made with the wellbeing of the lives of the manufacturers and with sustainability for our planet at the forefront of the Fable business model is an example more should adapt. Understandably, the price point is not what most are willing to make- yet we are fortunate enough to be able to support a forward thinking company. We hope to continue to support this idea and fill our home with other quality products of FABLE design. Thank you to everyone involved.

I love the size, thinness and durability of these glasses. Just ordered another 4. They are expensive but if you want quality, buy these now.

I was charged $7.11 for protection against damage during shipping. I have ordered china and glasses online before and have never seen such a charge. When the package came, I realized the reason for the $7.11 charge. The glasses were packed nicely in a Fable box, which was in a large box. There was no paper or bubble wrap to keep the Fable box from bouncing around. In addition, the outside box was half opened. Half of the tape used to seal the outside box was floating in the air. I was charged $15 for shipping. The order was placed on 4/14/2026 and the glasses were delivered on 5/2/2026. I think $15 to deliver in 18 days is excessive. Not impress with your company at all.

It took almost 3 months to receive my order of drinking glasses. After washing them and putting them in my cupboard for the first time, one fell over and broke. I am disappointed as I thought these glasses were supposed to be stronger than most. They are nice looking though.
