Took way to long to acknowledge my order was placed and then weeks later to tell me its prepped to ship with a label not showing any tracking. Emailed asking for update.. no reply. About 2 weeks later my 4 wine stemless wine glasses arrived. Packaged great, look great -- worth the wait, no. If I'd know I have to wait that long I would have gone another way.

Sorry about this. The wait was too long, and an email from you going unanswered on top of it shouldn't have happened. When I look into our email platform I don't see any unanswered emails so if possible could you send me a direct email so I can look to trace that down ([email protected]).
Glad the glasses themselves landed well, even if getting them to you didn't.

Love my dishes, hate the service
Love my dishes, but the process was not ideal. When I placed my order, 3 out of 5 items were in stock, and the other 2 would be in about 2 weeks.
I selected to receive items as they were available. After over a week, I reached out to ask why nothing had shipped yet. I was told there was a glitch causing my entire order to ship together. When I asked if this could change and I could have the main part of my order right away I was told this couldn’t be done and that the shipping date was “just around the corner”.
A few days later I get an email that my bowls have been delayed. No date given, just that they were delayed. Then I reached out to confirm when my shipping date would change to and request that my original items be shipped now. I was assured that nothing had changed and my items were still on track for the same date. Again using the words that it’s “just around the corner”.
When this date came and went, I reached out yet again to ask when my order was coming and was told ooopsie, it will be another month at least. Why wouldn’t they have actually looked into this the last time I emailed?? Their email response here was downright rude and condescending, so I asked to me escalated to a manager who also told me nothing could be done.
After many more emails, I was eventually offered some free random sized items that weren’t very helpful, but I was told they had zero dinner plates or pasta bowls in stock in the entire company and this was all they could to do help me when I actually needed these dishes.
So they eventually did something to try to rectify the situation, but it was only after I pressed them many many times for answers, and received no accountability for leaving me without any dishes or providing me with accurate ETA’s.
Love the product now that I finally have it, but the service was to the point of being offensive at times repeating my own words back to me in quotations like I was being mocked.

I'm sorry. The delay is one part of this, but being told your order was on track when it wasn't, more than once, is the part that shouldn't have happened. You had to chase us each time to find out otherwise, and that was never your job.
I also want to look at how those emails were written. That isn't how we should be speaking to anyone.
Email me at [email protected]. I'd like to read the whole thread myself and put this right properly.

Well it took 4 weeks to ship part of my order. When I order, I expect it to be fullfilled within 1-2 business days and received within a week. There was no updates, no status, no we're sorry. And when I inquired, I was just gaslighted - "oh, we are preparing your order to ship"
The glasses are fantastic though. Simple, elegant, and light.

Thank you for this — the honest part and the kind part.
Four weeks isn't the experience we want anyone to have, and going quiet on top of it made it worse. You shouldn't have had to chase us, and "we're preparing your order" isn't an update. That's on us.
We're working through a backlog of pre-orders right now, and we're fixing how we communicate while we do it — real status, before you have to ask for it.
If anything from your order is still outstanding, email me directly at [email protected] and I'll sort it out personally.
Glad the glasses found their place.

Great dishes, poor communication and delivery
I’ve used Fable dishes before and absolutely love the quality, which is why I decided to splurge and order a full set on July 8 to completely replace all of my old dinnerware. Because I was getting rid of my old dishes, I was incredibly careful to only order items explicitly listed as "in stock"--I intentionally avoided any backordered items because I needed them right away.It has now been over 5 weeks (August 15), and today I opened a box to find only salad plates. No dinner plates, no bowls. Fable split my shipment without any warning or communication about the split. Customer service told me this shipment was all arriving, and said these were on back-order even though that is not what it said when I purchased.
I am now stuck with no dishes except salad plates. It's incredibly disappointing that a premium brand with great products has such deceptive stock tracking and subpar communication. I just want the rest of the set I paid for over a month ago, or at least have a sense when it would come. I wouldn't have ordered online if I had been aware it would be this delayed.

Hey Shannon,
I'm sorry. Ordering a full set to replace everything you own and opening the box to find salad plates isn't the unboxing we want anyone to have, and five weeks without an update on the rest makes it worse.
I'm looking into what happened on our end — both why your order was split without a word to you, and what those items showed as available when you placed the order on July 8. I don't want to give you a guess on either until I have the real answer.
We're working on getting the rest of your set out as quickly as we can, and I'll come back to you the moment I know more.
If there's anything you want to add in the meantime, email me directly at [email protected]. I'd like to make this right.

I was charged $7.11 for protection…
I was charged $7.11 for protection against damage during shipping. I have ordered china and glasses online before and have never seen such a charge. When the package came, I realized the reason for the $7.11 charge. The glasses were packed nicely in a Fable box, which was in a large box. There was no paper or bubble wrap to keep the Fable box from bouncing around. In addition, the outside box was half opened. Half of the tape used to seal the outside box was floating in the air.
I was charged $15 for shipping. The order was placed on 4/14/2026 and the glasses were delivered on 5/2/2026. I think $15 to deliver in 18 days is excessive.
Not impress with your company at all.

The price I ended up paying was more than the price listed on the couple’s registry and I don’t know why.

Thanks for sharing Amy! We'd love to look into this and make it right. Could you send me an email? There could be a few reasons so would love to see what happened here.
