I haven't received my order yet. Myborder was placed on July 12 and the tracking information indicates its still waiting as of Jul 26. Sending out satisfaction surveys before a product is delivered is a mistake

Very very long backorder - only to have items shipped and next day items went on sale - kind of a slap in the face Plates are nice, but not worth the inconvenience and money

Being an online browser, I decided to visit the Granville store to check out rug samples. I treated myself to a scone and speciality tea while contemplating choices. The staff was very helpful in a non aggressive way. The first rug we purchased from the store was easily exchanged and the second one, which we kept, was delivered to our home within 8 business days from New Brunswick. I highly recommend a visit to this lovely store if you live in the lower mainland. We are very happy with our experience and purchase.
