Excellent service.

My wife was charged for items in her cart without her permission. She did not check out. They are now claiming it's a special exception to return and we must pay for shipping to return the items. Don't shop on this site, you will be charged for items you don't want if you put them in your cart. It's not a "seamless experience" to be charged for items you never intended to buy. That's borderline stealing from your customers.

Clay was professional, yet friendly, and managed to fix my issues quickly, and really made my day

I had items in my cart and found that they were ordered without my permission. I did not approve of this purchase and if I wanted it I would have gone ahead and ordered it. I am receiving my first box and then will cancel my order. I'm disappointed and will not support your product.
