Just average box, not as good as boxes before

Hi Betty! We are sorry to hear about your disappointment with the items in your box. We do our best to introduce our members to new and exciting products and we hope we have the chance to surpass your expectations in the future! We always encourage our members to fill out the end-of-season survey that helps us better curate future boxes! Xo

I have tried quite a few subscription services, including other beauty boxes and they don't hold a candle to FabFitFun. There are some slip-ups once in awhile, but they are only human. I have seen others complain about the box they got and they have no problem voicing every bit of it. I enjoy all the boxes, not every item at times, but that's why you have a BFF to give it to. The boxes are Christmas 4 times per year. It is the longest subscription I have kept, because they are consistently good.
