This company does not deliver on what it says. There are tricks and clauses in all the fine print. They will make many promises they can't keep and will insist that the customer must not have read something right or pushed the wrong button. You will not receive what you ask for. All email news I received was incorrect or out of date. I was never able to customize any boxes.

Hi Erin! All members are able to customize their boxes. We do send multiple reminder emails. If you missed customization, we are normally able to make a one-time exception and manually customize your box for you or send you a couple of items you were hoping to receive!
